What will this
cost?
EnviroREQUIP will charge 20% of the
selling price. This is to be paid by the seller.

| Terms
& Conditions Note: The reference to
freight in the terms below refers to freight and freight insurance if required.
Terms:
Buyer: an interested party in a piece of equipment advertised by enviroREQUIP.
Seller: the owner of the equipment.
- Buyers are to pay all freight charges from the seller to the
buyer.
- Buyers have up to 5 working days to review equipment. If
they decide not to purchase it, it is to be returned in original condition and original
packing. Buyers are to pay return freight from buyer back to seller.
- Buyers can ask Enviroequip to inspect the equipment prior to
purchase, in order for an assessment to be made. If the equipment is of the type that
Enviroequip is qualified to inspect, then Enviroequip will charge $50/hour (AUD) with a
minimum of 0.5 hours for this service. If Enviroequip is not qualified to inspect the
equipment, Enviroequip can arrange to have it inspected by other qualified personnel if
required. All associated inspection costs plus 10% will be charged to the potential buyer.
A written report on this piece of equipment will be supplied by Enviroequip after its
review. Enviroequip will provide a report to the best of its ability but accepts no
responsibility for the future performance of the equipment. Whoever requests the
inspection is responsible for paying all freight costs associated with the inspection.
Even if the buyer decides to not buy the equipment, the buyer pays return freight from
Enviroequip back to the seller.
- Sellers are to pay Enviroequip a pre-agreed commission
(normally 20% of the selling price excluding freight costs).
