Stationary Automatic Wastewater Samplers
The Aquacell Stationary Wastewater Sampler
range is made up of six models, ranging from the simple S100 wall mounted
unit to the fully enclosed, outdoor, refrigerated S320H.
Aquacell - S100 The S100 is
the simplest of the Aquacell Stationary Wastewater Sampler range. Being
extremely compact the wall mountable S100 can be conveniently positioned
adjacent to your effluent source. As with every Sampler in the Aquacell
Sampler range the S100 model incorporates the well proven and dependable
Aquacell Module.

Aquacell - S200 The S200 is the simplest of the
refrigerated Aquacell Stationary Wastewater Sampler range. Where an indoor
refrigerated Sampler is required for a secure location the S200 is the
perfect solution. As with every Sampler in the Aquacell Sampler range the
S200 model incorporates the well proven and dependable Aquacell Module.

Aquacell - S300
Series
The four S300 Series variants centre around the
same high performance Aquacell S300 Cabinet. As with every Sampler in the
Aquacell Sampler range each S300 model incorporates the well proven and
dependable Aquacell Module.

Three Cabinet
construction options:
- Standard – Stainless
Steel and Galvanised Steel, pre-treated and finished with white Polyester
powder coating
- Optional – all Stainless Steel 304, finished with white Polyester powder
coating
- All finishes are extremely durable and suitable for indoor and outdoor
applications
All key electronic
equipment is housed in the upper rear compartment thus minimising
exposure to corrosive gases and potential flood water
All S300 models can
accommodate the complete range of Sample Collection Vessels
Separate lockable
compartments provide flexibility and security in exposed or vulnerable
locations
Collected samples are
stored in the Lower Compartment. Being separate from the Sampling Module
this configuration means the user can interrogate the program and carry
out routine maintenance without the need to disturb the samples
Access and retrieval of
collected samples is extremely easy with the optional sliding Pull Out
Tray (included with Integral Bottlers)
Both S320 models
incorporate Sample Temperature Control. This ensures that the collected
samples are preserved at an optimum temperature (0°C to 5°C) whilst
awaiting collection / inspection. This is particularly useful when
sampling biologically active wastewater
Via the Ancillary Signal
Connection all S300 models can be connected to and controlled by
external equipment such as Flow Meters, pH Meters, PLCs etc.
The Auxiliary Equipment
Facility provides for the integration of additional equipment such as
Flow Meters, pH Meters etc. with the S300 cabinet. A power supply outlet
and signal connections are mounted on a generic mounting plate which is
fitted to the side of the S300 Cabinet.
