The robust design of the Geoprobe® Model 7720DT direct push machine has head's turning every time its tracks touch ground! One reason is the completeness of the package. From auxiliary power sources, a workhorse hammer, and a well-planned work area to an impressive list of optional equipment that makes it easy to offer more services to your customers, the Model 7720DT is very attractive to customers and very productive.

Wider tracks and a heavy-duty undercarriage provide the foundation for the Model 7720DT's robust design. The stronger, wider undercarriage allows this direct push machine to be used on concrete or pavement, and enables the machine to readily negotiate in tight, confining work areas and on off-road, rugged terrain. The machine has 12-inch tracks compared to 9.25-inch tracks on the Model 6610DT. The overall width of the machine has increased from 48 inches to 60 inches which means the undercarriage can provide a more stable base for probing and drilling operations. The added strength of the undercarriage also means you can equip your machine for augering, add a winch to help with tool placement and tripping, or operate theDH66 Auto Drop SPT Hammer for geotechnical applications. It's uniquely flexible to switch from environmental to geotechnical work with little time and effort.

Decontamination Rack ... contains ample space for washing up to 5-foot probe rods or several tools at once. Mounted next to the side tools rack, the decon rack includes a hinged writing table and attaches to two receiver hitches already built into the machine’s frame.

Water Transport System ... provides field operators a source for 25 gallon (94 L) of water in a polyethylene water tank mounted on the two-inch receiver hitch.

Overhead Mast and Hydraulic Winch ... designed to relieve operator fatigue associated with heavy lifting of large tooling and augers. Also helpful for tripping dual tube samplers. Lifting capacity is approximately 3,000 pounds with a line capacity up to 65 fpm. Individual components include a 12-foot overhead mast with swivel tophead, hydraulic winch with 30-feet of wire cable, swivel hook, and quick disconnect hydraulic lines.

GA3000 Augerhead ... two-speed augerhead swings out from mount enabling a change from direct push function to augering in less than 5 minutes. Drills a hole from 2.5 in. OD up to
9.75 in. OD.

DH66 Automatic Drop Hammer ... adds to the versatility of the machine by allowing geotechnical standard penetration tests. Uses auxiliary hydraulics on machine for repeatable and accurate blow count
