Locking well cap with magnetic key.
The most exciting well plug
to hit the market in years. EnviroCap Well Security Plugs are the lowest
profile plugs available, taking up only 6mm over the casing. Ideal for use
in tight spots. Available in versions for both 50mm and 100mm wells.
The EnviroCap is rust and corrosion proof, reuseable, resistant to most
chemicals, and will not come loose like other plugs. Eliminate the time it
takes to cut off jammed locks and stop spending money on replacing corroded
locks and plugs.

The Magnetic
Locking System -
EnviroCaps have a unique internal magnetic lock. The lock is engaged when
the key is inserted into the top of the cap. The EnviroCap cannot be
tightened or opened without this key. If a screwdriver or other tool is
used to open the cap, the magnetic assembly will not engage and the inner
section will simply freewheel without loosening.

Prevents
Casing Deformation -
The EnviroCap has a retaining sleeve that slides over the outside of the
well casing and permanently seals against the cut off end of the pipe. The
specially sized and formulated sleeve retains and holds the diameter of
the PVC casing within the limits of the expanding seal. The design of the
retaining sleeve also tops the well casing with a flat surface, even when
the casing has been cut at a slight angle.

Seal Available -
The sealing ring is more than 3cm wide to provide maximum sealing and
gripping area while minimising the outward force per square cm on the
casing. The seal is set further into the casing making unauthorised
removal even more difficult and sealing more reliable.

Engineered Materials -
EnviroCap’s exposed components are all made from a high-strength
industrial plastic that is completely resistant to the action of
hydrocarbons, chemicals, and heat. The materials have been researched and
specially chosen because of their use in industries where components are
submerged in hydrocarbon product while performing their intended
functions.

Convenience Features -
The EnviroCap has a utility tab on the bottom end of the plug to
suspend tools or bailers. The EnviroCap is universally keyed with just one
large and durable key for all caps.

allowing easy access to the cap with the EnviroKey.
