GA2000 is a successor to the
ultra-reliable GA94 infra-red gas analyser for routine monitoring of landfill sites. This all new intrinsically safe analyser has been developed following industry wide consultation on the future needs of landfill monitoring. This extensive research has enabled us to produce an analyser with exceptional features – features that allow GA2000 to out perform GA94.

- Intrinsically Safe - essential for protecting all personnel who work with explosive and therefore hazardous Landfill Gas. Rated to EEx ibd IIA T1
- Five Gas Capability - measures CH4 and CO2 by infra-red absorption and O2, H2S and CO by internal electro-chemical cells.
- Records Peak CH4 - maximum and stabilised CH4 readings are automatically shown.
- Easy to read display - extra large backlit LCD shows all five gases, peak CH4, atmospheric and gas pressure / vacuum, temperature, I/D code all at the same time.
- Records Site Conditions - weather and user-defined comments are easily stored.
- Fast - navigator keys allow access of all screen options.
- On Site Calibration - rapid calibration checking or adjustment can be carried out on site using a single gas mixture.
- Fast Battery Charge - it takes only 2 hours to recharge the battery from flat.
- Purge - the unit is automatically purged with clean air after each reading - thus extending the life of the integral electro-chemical cells.
- Powerful pump - allows the unit to be used with LFG extraction systems.
- Datafield Compliant - data may be downloaded directly into Datafield software - where Landfill Gas readings may be archived, graphed, tabulated and trended.
- Accepts Protocols - the order of data collection and user actions required at each borehole can be user programmed.
- Lifetime Guarantee Programme - ensures that analyser is maintained in excellent condition.
- Large Memory - 850 sets of readings can be stored, together with automatic time & date stamp.
- Data Logging - user may programme logging intervals.
- Measures Gas Temperature - by using optional electronic probe.
- Display of CH4 - is in % gas and % LEL.
- Flow Measurement - will accept Geotechnical Instruments Flow Pod (for low flows) and anemometer (for high flows).
